Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform. These constitute a contract between the users of this Platform and the Company.
Users agree to be bound by these Agreements as posted on the Platform from time to time.

About the terms
Favket.com is an application that publishes online listing of businesses and the services they provide.
Where registered retailers and resellers can list their products and services for users to view through the application.

The Company’s role is limited to managing business and thair product and services on the Application only Favket.com not responsible between the Supplier and the Users for any deal.

Who will be bound by these terms?
This Agreement applies to everyone who uses Fevket.com in any manner, each person who visits, opens, views, downloads, clicks or accesses any part of the Platform or uses the Services.

This terms creates a legally binding arrangement between the User and the Company. This Agreement will become effective between the User and the Company on the date and time the website is accessed and/or the date the terms of the Agreement are updated.

Agreement amendment
It is the User's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. By using the Application, the User agrees to all Agreement and confirms that he or she will accept any changes to the Agreement.

Any revised provisions of the Agreement will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally update, change or replace any portion of the Agreement by publishing updates or changes on the Platform. Users may review the most current version of the Agreement at any time on the Website.

If you do not agree to the terms
If the User does not agree to the current terms of the Agreement, the User is advised to refrain from using the Platform. Use of the Services indicates that the User completely agrees to abide by the current and time to time updated terms of the Agreement.

Sellers Agreement
Sellers can list their services, business and products on the Application only after creating an account and registering to become a member. Membership is limited to the purpose of listing Products services and business, subject to this Agreement and is strictly not transferable.

Eligibility criteria
The Services on the Platform shall be availed by Users who are legal citizens of India and are residing in India and are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

If the User is not adhering to the terms of the Agreement and this becomes known to the Company in any manner, the Company reserves the right to block such User from accessing the Platform or terminate the membership altogether.

Requirements for registering account on the platform
It is the User's responsibility to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. Users are required to enter a valid email address and phone number when registering on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to provide the correct mobile number and email address. Users are advised to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete so that Buyers may easily contact them.

Account Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Seller's account on the Application or access to the Services (or any part thereof) without notice to you. And the company is completely free not to answer any questions regarding account access and termination.

User's obligations regarding the registered account
Having an account on the platform facilitates the User's actions. This means that the User is fully responsible for all activities that occur under his account.

As part of security procedures, it is the User’s responsibility to keep his/her identification code, password and any other information provided by the Company secure, as any activity undertaken by the User under his/her account is solely the responsibility of that User and the Company shall not be liable in any way for such activity.

The User acknowledges, understands and agrees that all rights in and to the Account are and will at all times be owned by and inure to the benefit of the Company. The User further acknowledges that having an Account on the Platform does not grant him any rights in the Platform that are not specifically granted to him by the Company, and the User has no ownership or other interest in the Account.

The User assumes full responsibility for all activities performed by users accessing the Application through their account.

The Account Holder shall ensure that he logs out from his Account at the end of each session and shall immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of his Account or any other breach of security.

Guidelines for listings and advertisements
It is assumed that the descriptions, images and other material relating to the goods or services that the Seller is listing on the Application are accurate and correspond directly with the appearance, nature, quality, purpose and other general characteristics of such goods or services. The Seller further undertakes not to post, email, message, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information on, or otherwise make available any content on the Platform that:

Descriptions, images and other content relating to goods or services by the Seller shall not be listed on the Application which violates any law, rule, direction, guideline or regulation etc.

Seller further undertakes that it will not post any images or content on the Application that are copyrighted or patented, protected by trade secrets or trademarks, or are otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights.

The Seller also covenants not to list any images or Content on the Application that infringes the aforementioned intellectual property rights of any party, or is content that you do not have a right to make available under any law, regulation, contractual or fiduciary relationships.

The Seller shall not list any information or images on the Application that is intended to incite violence, promote enmity between different groups on grounds of religion or caste or in any manner that is unlawful or inconsistent with or contrary to applicable laws. that is harmful, abusive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy or that harasses, degrades, intimidates or incites hatred or hatred against an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or disability or is invasive of other rights, including bodily privacy, is gender abusive or harassing, hateful or racially, ethnically objectionable, abusive, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling or harms or may harm minors in any way.

Also which prevents investigation of any crime or insults any other nation or incites the commission of any cognizable offence or which threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order. Sharing such content or images on the application is strictly prohibited.

Any content or images that contain personally identifiable information about another individual and such sharing does not have the explicit consent of that other individual should not be shared on the Application without the permission of that individual.

Any post made by a seller that misrepresents or misrepresents the identity of any person or entity, is false, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, contains false information, or is a "bait and trick" offer is not allowed to be shared on the app

Any Content uploaded by you will be subject to relevant laws and may be disabled, or subject to investigation under appropriate laws. In addition, if you are found to be not complying with or abusing the laws and regulations, these Terms or the Site's Privacy Policy, we may block your access to the Site as well as terminate your account and we reserve the right to remove any non-compliant Content uploaded by you.

Placing orders
The Application allows the Account Holder (Seller) to list their products, services and business on the Application and the Application does not facilitate nor takes any responsibility for the ordering, sale, purchase and delivery of Products by Users subject to this Agreement

The Company itself does not own, sell or resell any Products and/or control any suppliers and only facilitates Product Services & Business Listings between Buyers and Sellers including Users and Suppliers as a 'Marketplace'. The Company does not conduct any transactions of any kind between Buyers and Sellers.

Further, the Company will not be responsible for any money transaction, authenticity of product or service, delivery. The Company will not have any contract with the user/consumer for any sale and purchase. The buyer and seller will be responsible for any such transaction.

Product Authenticity
The company does not give any assurance about the authenticity of the product, this is purely an offer or product or service listed by the seller and the seller will be held solely responsible for incorrect and incomplete information, the seller will be held solely responsible for any failed, missed and wrong product and service. The company will not be responsible for any claim in such regard

Product Delivery
The company neither makes any promise nor takes any responsibility regarding delivery. It completely depends on the seller whether he wants to make delivery or not and if he wants to do so, where, whether this delivery will be paid or free. The seller will be held fully responsible for any failed delivery, delayed delivery or missed delivery. The company will not be responsible for any claim in such a matter.

Product Services
Any listed services are not verified by the Company nor do we verify the authenticity of any experienced service seller. All listed services are uploaded on the platform by the service provider and seller. Any misrepresentation or falsification of these will be the sole responsibility of the seller. The Company will not be responsible for any such fake or counterfeit nor will the Company take any responsibility for it.

Customer / Seller
The Company shall not be liable for any liability for any other activity done by the Customer and the Seller outside this platform. And no allegation of any kind shall be accepted nor shall it be accepted.

The sole purpose of the Listings is to enable Customers to easily find a Seller and the Company aims to list local businesses so that it is easy for Customers to get in touch. The Company never checks or verifies any listed item and does not verify any information provided by the Seller. The Company is not responsible for any interaction or transaction or commitment between the Customer and the Seller other than the Listing. The Platform merely shares the addresses and contact numbers provided by the Seller in the Listing to connect the Customer and the Seller.

If the person contacting the customer/ seller makes any kind of claim that he is through Favket.com, then the customer/ seller is advised to completely ignore such activity. Because the application does not use any kind of mail or phone call or messages or any other means to contact the customer/ seller.

Favket.com never asks the Customer for money or any personal or professional information through any medium, nor does it recommend any seller to give preference to any seller. Favket.com only does the job of showing the Customer the products and services offered by the seller through the Application. Any such selection and action will be considered as the Customer's consent to this.

We only communicate with sellers via email, either during registration or in response to a seller's suggestion, concern or help.
